Jessie Steele will accept returns for “preference related issues” on items purchased online within 30 days of the delivery date. If the item(s) are returned within the 30 days, a credit will be issued for the value of the original purchase price, not including shipping costs.
Items purchased from another retailer:
Jessie Steele will not accept returns for "preference related issues" for items not purchased at www.jessiesteele.com. Please return to the point of purchase for these returns.
All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RA). To obtain an RA number, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-877-953-7743, Extension 25, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. RA numbers may also be requested at any time via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow up to 48 hours for reponse via email. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted and we do not guarantee that the item will be returned to you. Pack and seal your return items securely, in the original packaging if possible. Please ship your return with a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost, we will not accept responsibility for lost packages. Shipping must be prepaid as we will not accept COD packages.
We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for any amount greater than your original purchase.
Once your package has been received your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days. If there is a refund due a credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment. You will be notified when we process the credit, however; it may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
