Do I have to register to place an order?We do not require you to register to place an order; you can checkout as a Guest. We do, however, highly recommend becoming a registered account holder. As a Registered User you can save your addresses and payment information for faster checkout, view your order status and history, create a wishlist, and sign up to receive special promotions.
How do I register for a new account?Click on the “My Account” link at the top of the page. You will see two sections: one for New Customers and one for Registered Customers, click on the “Create an Account” button in the New Customers Section. In the appropriate fields enter your first and last names and a valid email address, then create a password and hit the “Submit” button at the bottom. That’s it, very simple. When you place your first order you will enter your shipping and billing addresses and they will be saved for you to use with future orders.
When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?Orders received by 11am Pacific Monday thru Friday will be shipped same day. Orders received after 11am Pacific or over the weekend will be shipped the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your items have shipped.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?Yes. Your credit card will be charged at the time of your transaction, and we will send you an Order Confirmation e-mail to notify you of the items ordered and the amount charged to your credit card.
What is the status of my order? How do I track it?Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. Simply log in to your account and you will see your recent orders status displayed on your account page. Each order entry shows the order number, the date it was placed, who it shipped to, and the current status. If your order has shipped you will also see the tracking information. There are three status settings you might see, they are as follows: Pending – this means the order is in the system but has not yet begun the fulfillment process, Shipping – means the order is the process of being packaged and prepared for pickup by the shipping carrier, Shipped – means the order has been picked up by the shipping company and is on it’s way to you. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking information.

Ordering
Can I cancel an Order I’ve already placed?Due to the fact that our shipping process happens so quickly it is difficult to cancel orders, but it can be done up until the shipping carrier has actually picked up the package. If you ever need to cancel an order call us immediately at 1-877-953-7743.
What forms of payment do you accept?All orders placed at www.jessiesteele.com must be paid for by credit or debit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Is my information really secure when ordering over the internet?Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions to and from our ecommerce servers. It works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer and our server, so that only data to and from theses sources can be valid.
Can I ship to multiple addresses without placing multiple orders?Yes, you can. In the Shopping Cart view click on the “Checkout with Multiple Addresses” link under the “Proceed to Checkout” button. You can select a different address for as many of your items as you’d like. The system will create a separate order for each address you are shipping to, but you will only have to go through the checkout process once. You will receive a separate confirmation and shipping email for each of these orders.
How do I use a coupon?If you have a coupon code you will enter it on the Shopping Cart page page before you begin the checkout process. The discount will be applied to your final total.

All purchases from this website are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and damage for these items passes to you upon delivery of the package(s) to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

How do I know my order has shipped?When your order has shipped you will receive an email from us notifying you of the shipment. This email will also contain your tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can also check your order status by logging in to your account. When it has shipped the order status will say “Shipped”.
What is the difference between “order date” and “ship date”?Order date is the day an order was placed; Ship date is the day that order was actually shipped. Since we ship most orders same day these will be the same in most cases. For orders that were placed over the weekend or on a holiday the ship date will be the next business day.
Can I ship outside the US?We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
Can I ship to a PO Box or AFO/FPO address?For security reasons we cannot ship to PO Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses.
Returns
What is your return policy?Returns will be accepted only for items purchased in the United States. Jessie Steele does not ship to or sell to international customers directly.
Items purchased Online at JessieSteele.com:
DEFECTIVE RETURNS – Jessie Steele will accept and process a return due to defectiveness for any item bought via our website at any time, no receipt for the original purchase is necessary. Credit will be issued for the full value of the original purchase.
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS – Jessie Steele will accept returns for “preference related issues” for items bought online for up to 90 days from the shipment date. We will not accept “non-defective” returns (returns for preference related issues) after 90 days from the shipment date. If the item(s) are returned within the 90 days credit will be issued for the value of the original purchase price, not including shipping costs.
Items purchased from another retailer:DEFECTIVE RETURNS - Outside returns for defective items are defined as; return of product purchased in a retail store, from another website, or of unknown origin (e.g. received as a gift or don’t remember the origin of purchase). Outside returns will be met with a gift certificate for the original retail value of the returned item; this gift certificate may be redeemed ONLY at www.jessiesteele.com. Return shipping credit will not be issued for outside returns.
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS - Jessie Steele will not accept returns for "preference related issues" for items not purchased at www.jessiesteele.com. Please return to the point of purchase for these returns.
All returns must have an RA number. To obtain an RA number please contact us at 1-877-953-7743 or customerservice@jessiesteele.com. Pack and seal your return items securely, in the original packaging if possible. Please ship your return with a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost, we will not accept responsibility for lost packages. Shipping must be prepaid, as we will not accept COD packages.Do you refund Shipping Charges?
We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for any amount greater than your original purchase.
When will my credit card be refunded?Once your package has been received your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days. If there is a refund due a credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment. You will be notified when we process the credit, however; it may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
