Placing an Order
If you are a returning customer please log in to your account to place an order.If you are a new customer there are two ways to place an order with www.jessiesteele.com; you can use the Guest Checkout option or become a Registered User. For both options you will need to enter your full name, a valid email address, the billing address that applies to the form of payment you are using, and a valid phone number. If you choose to register you will also be asked to create a password. Once that is done, just follow the steps shown. If your order is being shipped to somewhere other than your billing address you will be asked to enter that as well. Select your preferred shipping method from the list of options and costs. When entering your payment information please keep in mind that your credit card will be rejected if the billing address you entered does not match the actual billing address for that card. You will also need to enter the 3-digit security code from the back of your card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you have a coupon code you will enter it on the Shopping Cart screen. Once you have completed these steps you will have a chance to review your order before completing it. Please do so carefully to ensure all the information is correct. Once you click the “Place Order” button your information will be sent to our order-processing center. Right away you will receive an email confirming your order. When your order ships you will receive another email with your tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Order Status, Tracking, and Cancellations
It is our goal to process your order as quickly as possible. This means we ship every day Monday thru Friday and orders leave our facility by 3pm PST. If your order was placed by 11am PST it will ship that same day. Orders placed after 11am PST or over the weekend will ship the next business day.If you are a registered user you can check your order status by logging in to your account. You will see a list of recent orders with the newest at the top. Each order entry shows the order number, the date it was placed, who it shipped to, and the current status. If your order has shipped you will also see the tracking information. There are three status settings you might see, they are as follows: Pending – this means the order is in the system but has not yet begun the fulfillment process, Shipping – means the order is the process of being packaged and prepared for pickup by UPS, Shipped – means the order has been picked up by the shipping company and is on it’s way to you.
If there is ever any problem with the fulfillment of your order you will be contacted by our customer service department immediately in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Due to the fact that our shipping process happens so quickly it is difficult to cancel orders but it can be done until UPS has actually picked up the package. If you ever need to cancel an order call us immediately at 1-866-306-3210.
Managing Your Account
As a registered user of www.jessiesteele.com you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses and payment options, and view and track your orders. You can also sign up for our newsletter, receive members-only promotions and notification of sales, new products and special events.To edit any of your information just click the login link in the top right corner of the page and enter your email and password. From your Account Dashboard you can view recent orders, your current contact information, and your primary shipping and billing addresses. Use the links down the left side to view more details and to edit any of your personal information or address book. From here you can also access your Wishlist and any product reviews you have submitted.
Payment, Pricing, and Promotions
All orders placed with www.jessiesteele.com must be paid for by credit or debit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We use AVS (Address Verification System) as one of our security methods. This means that the billing address in your account must exactly match the billing address of the card you are using. If it does not match, your card will be rejected and the order will not be placed. As a further security step, you must enter the 3-digit security code from the back of your card.If you have a refund or promotion coupon you will need to enter the code on the Shopping Cart screen before you check out.
